Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
By using Mail to Moon you agree to these terms.
1. The service
Mail to Moon lets you design, send and measure email campaigns. We work hard to deliver every email, but delivery to any particular inbox depends on the receiving provider and cannot be guaranteed.
2. Your responsibilities
You must only email people who have given you permission, follow our anti-spam policy and the laws that apply to you, keep your login details safe, and own or have the right to use everything you send.
3. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly (or yearly where agreed), according to the number of contacts in your account. If you go over your plan's limits we will ask you to upgrade. Before each new month we e-mail you a payment link; nothing is charged automatically. If a monthly payment is not made within 7 days of its due date, the plan is paused until it is paid. You can cancel at any time; your plan stays active until the end of the period already paid. Fees already paid are not refunded, except where the law requires it.
4. Suspension
To protect our sending reputation and other customers, we may pause sending or suspend an account that causes high bounce or complaint rates, sends unlawful content or breaks these terms. Where possible we will warn you first and help you fix the problem.
5. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws that apply where Mail to Moon is registered.
