Who we are
Mail to Moon is an email marketing platform for small and growing businesses. We started it because sending a newsletter should not mean guessing whether it arrived. Every plan sends from your own authenticated domain and shows you, person by person, who received your email, who opened it and which links they clicked.
What we do
We give you an easy email builder, one-click import from Mailchimp, contact lists with automatic clean-up, careful sending that adapts to each mailbox provider, and clear reports. On higher plans we also set up your sending domain for you and resend to people who did not open.
How we run the service
We operate our own sending platform on our own servers in a European data centre. We do not resell another company's sending service. Your lists and reports stay on our systems: we never sell them or use them for our own marketing. See our privacy policy for details.
Permission-based email only
We only send email to people who agreed to receive it. Every email carries a working unsubscribe link, and invalid addresses, complaints and unsubscribes are removed automatically and permanently. Our anti-spam policy explains the rules all customers follow.
Billing
Plans are paid monthly by debit or credit card on our secure payment page. Nothing is charged automatically, and every payment comes with an invoice you can verify online. We do not charge VAT, GST or sales tax.
