How is my price calculated?
By the number of contacts in your account, just like Mailchimp. Move the slider to your list size: the price and the number of emails you can send each month update instantly.
What happens if I go over my email limit?
Nothing stops suddenly. We tell you before you reach the limit, and you can move up a plan or buy extra emails for that month.
Can I move from Mailchimp?
Yes. Export your template from Mailchimp and upload it: images, links and Outlook problems are fixed automatically. On Premium, we move your lists and templates for you.
Will my emails land in the inbox?
We send from your own authenticated domain (SPF, DKIM and DMARC), adjust the sending speed for each provider, warm up new senders gradually and remove bad addresses automatically. Good content and a clean, permission-based list do the rest.
Can I see exactly who opened and clicked?
Yes. On Standard and Premium, every report lists each person with their opens, the pages they clicked and the times, and you can download it to Excel.
Do you allow purchased lists?
No. Only people who agreed to hear from you may be emailed. This protects your reputation and everyone else's. See our anti-spam policy.
How do I pay? Can I cancel?
Plans are paid monthly by debit or credit card on our secure payment page (yearly plans for 10,000+ contacts on request). Nothing is charged automatically: a few days before each new month we e-mail you a payment link, and your invoice arrives as soon as you pay. You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
